Francis Horn Business Development and Marketing Francis oversees the business development and marketing for Halo . Prior to joining in 2016, he has over 25 years of experience in institutional Asian equity sales to UK and Continental European investors. He has led equities sales desks at ABN AMRO and BNP Paribas both in UK and US and has worked on sales desks with Deutsche Bank, JP Morgan and more recently Barclays. He has worked and travelled extensively in Asia and has developed a deep understanding of Far East business culture. Francis is the go to person if you need information on the Fund , want to get added to the distribution list for the Fund publications or help in getting set up to invest in Halo.

Palvir Bahia Co-manager Palvir is co-manager on the Fund with primary responsibility for the Indian, Indonesian and Malaysian markets. She also provides secondary coverage to the remainder of the portfolio. She came from BlackRock Investment Management, where she was responsible for researching and recommending investment ideas from India, Indonesia, Taiwan, South Korea and the Philippines using in-depth fundamental company and industry analysis. She has travelled the region extensively over the last 10 years, meeting corporate management and has developed an emphasis on normalised earning power, cash flow, competitive moat, good deployment of capital and strong corporate governance. Palvir is responsible for generating new stock ideas, carrying out detailed bottom-up analysis on both new and existing holdings.

Rupert Perry is Halo’s Chief Operating Officer and oversees Halo’s FCA compliance and IT needs. He started his career as a chartered accountant at Ernst & Young and has worked in the financial markets since 1994, initially at S G Warburg (now UBS). [..]
